Sam Jarrell founded CertTech, L.L.C., in 1999 with a vision of building a staff of highly talented and experienced engineers focused on providing leading edge Verification and Validation (V&V) solutions for the avionics market to leverage automated test technologies to reduce costs and improve time-to-market across the entire product life cycle. Sam’s concept was to involve V&V teams early in the product development process, allowing creation of an independent verification infrastructure in parallel with product development activities, yielding an environment where early and continuous detection of potential defects could be achieved.
Jeff Gray

Jeff currently serves as the Managing Partner and CEO of CertTech, LLC. He became a partner in the company in 2002 and served as General Manager for the Kansas City Regional Office from 2006 through 2010.  In 2011, Jeff led a management buyout of the company’s founding partner, Sam Jarrell, and assumed the role as CEO.  During Jeff’s time as a company partner, CertTech has enjoyed significant growth serving major, international manufacturing clients engaged in safety and mission-critical markets. Those markets include aviation, rail transportation, medical devices, agricultural technology, U.S. defense and national security.

Bob is currently the Chief Operating Officer for CertTech. In this role, he is responsible for business planning, marketing, sales, product development, human resources and finance.
Mr. Price is also the founder and president of Prairie Wolf Partners, Inc., (PWP), a Kansas City based consulting firm that provides business planning, marketing and sales services and training products for small and midsized companies. In addition to its consulting activities, Prairie Wolf also acts as an operational and investment resource for select partner companies and ventures.

Ed Ossie is currently CEO at MiddleBrook Advisors a consulting and angel investment firm that helps small to medium sized technology firms win, shape and scale to reach their potential. He has extensive Global Leadership experience in the software technology and IT services segments. From 2001 to 2010, Ed served in a number of leadership roles at Innovation Group PLC, including Executive Board Director, Group President, Technology COO and CEO of Asia and Australia.

Mr. Schellhorn is currently the active President and CEO of the Aberdeen Financial Group, LLC. Mr. Schellhorn started the company as a platform to continue his active role in business and corporate America. He currently has independent investments in approximately 25 companies, sits on more than 12 corporate Boards of Directors and 6 not-for-profit Boards of Directors.

Gregory W. Doyle is currently a partner in Prairie Wolf Partners LLC., a consultantancy on interactive training solutions for business. After receiving his B.S. in psychology, an M.A. in educational psychology and extensive post-graduate work at Loyola University of Chicago in learning theory, Greg spent several years teaching college. In 1979, he founded a small manufacturing firm in Chicago, specializing in the manufacture of non-destructive test equipment.

Clayton Smith is the CTO at Phase IV Engineering in Boulder, CO. Phase IV is a 19 year old company that invented battery free, wireless sensor technology. They continue as leaders in  his field with a diverse customer base ranging from government, military and aerospace to agriculture and food safety. As CTO, Clayton sets the technical direction of the company, oversees the execution of product development, and develops new business opportunities.
