A GPS simulation that synchronizes a GPS signal with corresponding external inputs, using a National Instruments RF signal generator and LabVIEW. An experienced team from CertTech researched and evaluated the available technologies and developed the simulator using the best selection of tools for the project.

CertTech engineers introduced automation into the diesel engine remanufacturing process using LabVIEW on an NI embedded system. The solution used ultra-high precision sensor measurements to determine the required gasket and shim components for accurate fuel injection timing and a consistent compression ratio. This automated system saves valuable time on the assembly line and countless hours in the reduction of rework.

Using National Instruments cRIO devices and LabVIEW Real-Time, our team designed, developed, and integrated control and monitoring systems for high temperature and pressure test chambers.

CertTech contributed the engineering and LabVIEW programming expertise for a Class II neonatal device, developed by KCBioMedix, to teach the nursing reflex to premature babies. The control system was developed using LabVIEW Real-Time and FPGA on a single board RIO (sbRIO).

This project included the use of a vibration-optimized signal acquisition module to record vibration data from a shaker table. The software, implemented in LabVIEW, included remote monitoring functionality and ftp downloads of recorded logs.
