Jeff Gray
Jeff Gray joined CertTech, L.L.C., as a contract engineer in 2000. He became a partner in the company in 2002, and served as General Manager for the Kansas City Regional Office from 2006 through 2010. In 2011 Jeff led a management buyout of the company’s founding partner, Sam Jarrell, and currently serves as the company’s Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer.

John Tush
John has over 20 years’ experience testing navigation systems, from VOR/DME, GPS, WAAS,
LAAS, ADS-B, and Radio based round-trip-time-of-arrival systems. These navigation systems are
used in aircraft from small single engine craft to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, and in rail systems
from AMTRAK to San Francisco’s BART to Western Australia’s iron ore mines.

Paul Herrmann
Paul Herrmann began his tenure with CertTech, L.L.C. as a project engineer in 2005. He became a partner in 2011 and now serves as the General Manager for the Kansas City Regional Office. Paul brings extensive experience in designing and building Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, managing engineering projects, as well as directing office and business development activities.

John Stanley
John Stanley has been with CertTech, L.L.C. since 2000, both as a contractor and employee. He brings extensive experience in the area of embedded design with some experience in hardware design, providing a unique background and insight for both the automated test and product design areas. His experience in the product design area involved the design of many digital and analog boards used in anything from a battery pack circuit for use in curing sleep apnea, to a monitor board for use in a Differential Global Positioning System.

Al Vandeusen
Al VanDeusen joined CertTech, L.L.C., in March 2006 as Senior Staff Engineer after a 29-year career with Bendix/Allied Signal/Honeywell in Kansas City. Al brings extensive experience in designing and building automated test systems for sophisticated applications including nuclear weapons and small military ammunitions. Al became a partner in the company in 2011.
